Supervise a staff of 8 social workers/case managers, as well as group counselors. Act a liaison with community organizations, public and private, for program support.

  • 90% success rate of enrollment of clients in technical/college education and training programs; 76% completion rate
  • Excellent performance reviews resulting in 4 promotions in 15 years
  • Follow-up efforts with transitional housing clients resulted in 98% of them remaining in their housing (no evictions)
  • Implemented a GED program at the facility for emancipated minors – 90+ success rate
